Alberghini Prize Concert

The Palazzo Boncompagni Foundation is pleased to host the 8th Alberghini Prize Concert.

Seven artists chosen from the winners of the previous edition will perform in concert at Palazzo Boncompagni, as part of the prestigious chamber music festival Domenica in musica curated by the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, a showcase of the best talents from leading regional music institutions.

ALBERGHINI AWARD

The competition, now in its ninth edition, is dedicated to young talents in instrumental, vocal and composition music in the Emilia-Romagna region and represents a unicum in the territory, confirming itself as the largest regional music competition, capable of embracing the main types of instruments in the classical tradition.

DOMENICA IN MUSICA
After the relocation of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna to the Comunale Nouveau, the matinees of the Comunale will be transformed into a traveling review in the most beautiful halls of theBologna – City of Music, which in the spring and fall of 2023 will accompany the public to discover the musical repertoires of the 2023 Opera Season playbill.

A gift for the city, which will be able to participate in the pleasant concerts of the review for free, discovering the architectural jewels of Bologna’s great musical tradition.
The review, which is totally free and reservation is required, will take place at 11 a.m. on the Sundays indicated in the playbill.
