Palazzo Boncompagni is social
September 4 – October 5, 2026
Palazzo Boncompagni hosts Collezione100, a project created to celebrate the liveries that have marked decisive moments in Ducati’s history. Ten contemporary motorcycles meet the models that inspired them. Colours, shapes and graphic details connect different eras and show how Ducati’s heritage continues to live on in today’s designs. Ugo Nespolo’s works accompany the motorcycles with an artistic narrative of sharp lines, vivid colours and new perspectives on the Ducati universe.
DUCATI 100: A CENTURY ON DISPLAY FOR BOLOGNA
From 5 September to 5 October, to mark the centenary, Ducati creates an urban trail that transforms Bologna into a large exhibition space, with a cultural and narrative project combining industrial excellence and innovation, art and sport, history and design. Salaborsa, Palazzo Pepoli, Galleria Cavour 1959, Palazzo Boncompagni and the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium each host a different Ducati chapter, interpreted through photographic exhibitions and displays of past models, unique examples and contemporary motorcycles.
GALLERIA CAVOUR 1959
Ducati turns one hundred and tells its story through a multi-venue exhibition: five chapters, in five locations across Bologna — two of them ours, just a few minutes’ walk apart. At Galleria Cavour 1959, the Design chapter explores how a Ducati takes shape, from the first line on paper to the finished motorcycle.
The exhibition can only be visited as part of a guided tour, and reservations are required.
