Palazzo Boncompagni will be closed to the public in August, but have no fear-we are already hard at work making the return from vacation spectacular. Check out some previews of the September calendar.

Candlelight tours and Sunday morning garden tours will return.

In addition, the Fondazione Palazzo Boncompagni, in collaboration with the Institute for Church History in Bologna, will present the second cycle in 2025 of “I Pomeriggi di Palazzo Boncompagni,” a series of lectures designed to deepen the historical, political and cultural knowledge of the figure of Pope Gregory XIII (Ugo Boncompagni) and to enhance the palace that was his family home.
