Music at the Palace

In addition to the Hall of the Pope, you can admire the helicoidal staircase leading to the palace’s main floor attributed to Jacopo Barrozzi known as the Vignola, inspired by the noble models of Bramante in the Vatican and that of the Farnese Palace in Caprarola by the same Vignola and in every way similar to that of Palazzo Barozzi.

Also recently unearthed on the wall of the staircase is a mother-of-pearl marble rendering it similar to the inside of a shell, a recurring motif throughout the palace.
